Shelly’s professional journey began in 1995 and she thrived in the fast paced environment starting with corporate cooking, working up to management. Miss Shelly (as she’s known by her friends) has found her niche at Pillbox and looks forward to continuing the creative adventure that she has successfully pursued for more than 20 years.

Chef Drew is currently a personal chef/caterer in San Diego, CA. He has studied food and wine at the The Culinary Institute in Hyde Park and its sister school The Culinary Institute at Greystone in Napa Valley.
Chef Damasco Lee,
Chef Damaso has traveled to Italy, France, and Spain where he mastered his cooking techniques. He took cooking classes at the “Cook and Taste” in Barcelona and participated in the celebrity chefs dinner in Baja, Mexico.

Award-winning chef Bernard Guillas directs and is responsible for the landmark AAA 4-diamond Marine Room restaurant. His renowned cuisine brings global influences, seasonal offerings and menus as dramatic and memorable as the restaurant’s oceanfront setting.
